HitADV is a program meant to webmasters and/or websites administrators who also carry out their activity on internet. The program is aimed to allow such webmasters/administrators to earn through banner exposure and other creativities here and subsequently scheduled, in function of the traffic brought to the websites HitADV offers them. HitADV reserves the right not to accept webmasters who have requested to take part in the affiliate program, if their websites or webpages do not meet effectiveness, legality, legitimacy and good taste criteria. All decisions in this matter are only within HitADV staff competence. HitADV's decision as for refusing to accept a registered webmaster to its affiliate program is unquestionable. In case a webmaster is accepted , he may be banned at a later time should his own websites or the websites he administrates not meet any longer the above mentioned criteria, following to change/modifications. A webmaster who joins HitADV must indicate at least one website where he intends to place HitADV's banners and creativities. In case he subsequently decides to also place such creativities on other websites and/or webpages, he is not obliged to inform HitADV, provided that such websites do not contain any illegal, racist, socially harmful and specifically pedopornographic material. The "payout", that is the minimal amount an affiliate webmaster must reach to request a payment, is 500 euro. Such amount will be paid not later than 10 days from the end of the reference month. In case of wrongly entered bank, Epassporte or Paypal details the payment will be made the subsequent month. In addition to the above mentioned terms which set up the required standards of dignity for a website to be allowed to host HitADV's banners and creativities.

It is recorded that the affiliate webmaster, by signing the present online affiliate contract, must not:
1.Disclose HitADV codes on chat rooms and forum boards (such practice is considered as Spam, so it is disrespectful both to Netiquette and to HitADV rules).
2.To modify in anyway, even if in good faith, the html code provided by HitADV.
3.Use programs to falsify the number of clicks or installs and the subsequent earnings shown in the stats. This goes both for automatic programs( bot. etc...) and for manually modifying the normal trend of installs.
4.Enter links containing non relevant messages as to the advertised website; this also includes tricky messages or sentences somehow forcing or encouraging an advertised website user not to spontaneously click on its banners and creativities.
5.In addition, HitADV does not accept websites using non legal software like malware or trojan, even if this happens indirectly through other websites/banners/creativities.

HitADV reserves the right to suspend the accounts of the affiliate webmasters who do not send their invoices by nine days from the payment date. As for the amount due to each affiliate webmaster, that cannot be anyway fixed, pre-determined or guaranteed for any period of time or number of clicks. It is recorded that HitADV will promptly inform all of his affiliate webmasters if case one or more advertisers are going to end the collaboration. It is also recorded that HitADV will promptly inform all of his affiliate webmasters when new advertisements become available. HitADV is not responsible and is totally discharged of any liabilitiesfor any kind of technical issues regarding the websites the advertisements link to. Their technical management, indeed, is not within HitADV competence. At the same time HitADV is not responsible and totally discharged of any liabilities for issues regarding internet troubleshooting or possible lack of legitimacy of the linked websites when their page contents are modified subsequently to the beginning of the collaboration and partecipation to HitADV programs. The affiliate webmasters will be numbered and attributed only the valid unique installs made on the hitadv.com links inside the promo pages offered by HitADV. Moreover, the count will be made only on the banners and text links provided by HitADV inside the promo sites. We care to remind you that the code must not be modified in anyway by the affiliate webmasters. Multiple clicks from the same IP address will not be counted if repeated during the 24 hours (twenty-four) subsequent to the first. The same goes for clicks or installs coming from different IP addresses but made on the same personal computer. Webmasters are not allowed to join HitADV with more than one account. If a multiple registration (even in good faith) is detected, HitADV has the ability to instantly suspend all the accounts of the webmaster who has breached the present paragraph of this affiliate contract. In addition, HitADV can also cancel the payments scheduled before such breach was detected. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this online contract, the webmaster acknowledges not to have any rights subsequently to an early termination of the contract. On the other hand, this contract can be terminated by both parties with a simple notice sent by e-mail and without providing any reason. It is stated that the personal details provided upon registration will be only treated for HitADV affiliate program related purposes and will not be passed on to third parties for any reason. HitADV is not responsbile in anyway for the merchant websites hosted in the HitADV circuit and their promo material/websites. In addition, HitADV reserves the right to suspend advertisements which also indirectly contain illegal material and to modify advertisement categories by modifying the current related bid too.

Both parties declare that they have read and approve all the above-mentioned contractual conditions.
This contract, drafted online, has the same value as a paper contract.
